Annual PTD Payments (NRS 616C.453) - Repealed 7/1/19
NRS
616C.453 directed the Division of Industrial Relations, Workers' Compensation Section,
to send an annual payment to injured employees who were permanently and totally
disabled as of July 1st of a given payment disbursement year, and who did not qualify
for the annual increase in PTD benefits pursuant to NRS 616C.473. These payments were required to be distributed by October 1st of each year.
Annual Payments Details
The 2019 Nevada Legislature repealed NRS 616C.453 (SB 377) effective July 1, 2019. For more information, see the Notice to PTD claimants regarding the discontinuance of the annual payments.
